Its Diwali in Shanta nivas, the place where Diya resides with her family. Her parents are busy in decorating the house while her younger brother has already started bursting crackers. Its a happy atmosphere and some of the neighbours have come to Shanta nivas to share sweets. There is happiness and prosperity everywhere – except in Diya’s heart. She is desperately looking at the door. But why? Why is Diya, the cheerful soul so fearful today? Is she waiting for someone to arrive or is something wrong in the house? Far away in one of the best hotels of Dehradun, Nisha was stunned when she received an email from a close friend.
“Now how am I going to pay the hotel bill?” Nisha was worried and terrified.
What was in this email that Nisha got so worried? And who is this Nisha? Is she related to Diya? What is she doing in a hotel?
Why is it that when everything around is bright and cheerful, something suddenly goes wrong. Is it just a mishap or a beginning to something new and better?
